"Volunteering and giving back to our community, in my opinion, is one of the most rewarding aspects of working in the architectural profession. Project Pipeline's mission to expose young minds - not only to architecture, but to design overall is something I wish my younger self could have experienced at their age. I believe representation matters on all scales, and providing equal access and opportunities for those who would otherwise not be able to attend - makes all of the difference. It is a very crucial step in ensuring the profession in itself evolves into a more equitable and inclusive environment where all opinions are voiced and heard."
